Fill out the form below to request an initial consultation or register for one of our services.
For consultations, please ensure you specify three dates and times convenient for you no sooner than one week from the current date. We will contact you within 36 hours to confirm your appointment and collect the non-refundable $50 scheduling fee, which is deducted from the balance. Balance is due any time before your consultation. Missed appointments forfeit the $50 fee.
We understand life happens and appointments need to be changed. We request a minimum 24-hour notice to change appointments at no charge. Anything less than 24 hours prevents us from scheduling another family and is considered a missed appointment. Likewise, if we miss our appointment time without extending the same courtesy, we refund the fee and comp your consultation.
